Following the successful regional workshops conducted in cooperation with CENN, the Investors Council Secretariat continued its efforts to promote circular economy principles through additional sessions held in Telavi (January 22) and Batumi (February 11).
The workshops were delivered by the Secretariat’s Green Economy Transition (GET) Expert to members of the Industrial Symbiosis Networks in both regions. More than 50 representatives of micro and small enterprises participated in the sessions.
The primary objective of the workshops was to highlight the commercial benefits of adopting circular business practices, emphasizing resource efficiency, cost optimization, and long-term competitiveness. Participants were also introduced to practical tools and approaches designed to support the effective implementation of circular solutions at the enterprise level.
The joint efforts of the Investors Council Secretariat and CENN will continue to strengthen regional engagement and advance the circular economy agenda throughout 2026.
